Adaptation of the selected slovak milk products on the domestic and european markets

The milk processing industry belongs to the branches of food industry of primary processing with successful restoration process during last period. From this viewpoint the analysis of situation on the food market, mainly market with consumer milk, milk products and specific milk products made from cow, goat and sheep milk is very important. Last ten years is marked with entrance into the Slovak milk processing industry. Their one had effected the position of the Slovak milk products with regard to the consumption of milk products in total. Based on the information above the main attention of article is devoted to the adaptation of the selected milk products at the domestic and foreign markets.
