Analyse of interest of organizations in profiles of graduates

Abstract


The article deals with part of marketing research with participation of nearly thousand organizations in four regions of the Czech Republic. The research was aimed to perception of cooperation with universities in field of knowledge of graduates. The questions for organization were aimed to satisfaction with structure of profession offers of universities, possibilities to influence the offers and personal planning. Preferences of knowledge of graduates are very inspiring in view of potential future employers.
